Why does it take 30+ minutes to wait for our food in the drive up line? If our food is ready to be picked up, why are cars waiting so long? Make it make sense!

When i always go through drive thru im always missing something. Today I didn't get my chicken fry mix. I tried to call them only to be on hold for 30 minutes then got disconnected. I'm so disappointe

Wait time here is ridiculous. Seems like they don't know how to manage this location. Not to sound dramatic but worst Zippy's on island. Currently waiting for almost an hour for my online order. Zippy
