Rooms needed some colour particularly the entrance, kitchen. Room needs some fixes. Bedside lamp all wonky and dangerous wires exposed. Sink taps and toilet roll all loose. Lots of dirty marks on door

Terrible customer service. Staff rarely answer calls, and when they do, they're unhelpful or dismissive. Office is often closed during advertised working hours. Attempts to get assistance are ignored
