I've lived in Dunedin for a few years now and don't know how I just came across this place. My Sunny Bird sandwich was excellent and the bread was so fresh! I'll definitely be back!

Always a great place for sandwiches. Love their chicken salad with the rice bread. Bread is fresh. Service is friendly and efficient

The bread here has always been super fresh. Only reason for not being 5 star is the sandwich's are smaller than I'd prefer at the price point.
