Terrible location. Rude staff and bad equipment, planet fitness is an upgrade compared to this gym

I'm a member at a different LA Fitness location (for 13+ years) that is close to my residence but this location is closer to my work. I inquired about since I was already a member whether I could use

I try to come back to La Fitness and purchase a training plan! I was in shock the way they treat me . Very unprofessional and unpleasant.. They trainers have poor judgement and a terrible management.
