What type of medical office closes its doors at 2:00 PM! I was there with my 93 year old mother, and people were still inside. This is not professional at all.

Those people are great and very professional. They get you right in and drew my blood with one stick unlike other places where the one time they stuck me like 6 times, and I walked out.
