Walked in waited for over 3 minutes no one took my order. Man ran out said I will help you when I come back from taking order outside. Ran back in did not help. Two minutes later finally asked to take

LONG WAIT to get your food. No self-serve fountain soda. No condiment station. No kids section. Employees are nice. I'm guessing they are understaffed. Also, now they have to fulfill the drink orders.
