My portion is so small! I got a bowl with white rice, black beans, carne asada, queso, green salsa, corn, sour cream, and cheese. I can literally see the bottom of the bowl. I did not pay $15.80 for 2

Rice not cooked! Like c'mon guys that's the baseline and easiest dish to make. Every bite in my burrito was crunchy from the uncooked white rice. This is the second time it happened at this location.
