So I stopped in to do a return of a dress that I don't need. Only to find my cashier watching a movie in her cell phone while trying to process my return, at the register... I need this kind of job

There are unprofessional. They say the internet is down so no return for month lol How you accepted the payment first when I bought the items but can't return!!!!!! this is ridiculous
