The customer service was very good and punctual but I had an appointment at 11 and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours to complete a tire change for me. It's been about 3 hours and I was late for work

Bad costumer service tossed my tires after I ask him to save over 60 percent good he said that I took to long but I have the receipt and times for everything
