We decided to check this place out during Winter Restaurant Week for lunch because everything sounded good and we love checking out new places. The food was delicious and we enjoyed everything we got.

Finally got around to trying Pajarito and it did not disappoint! Happy hour drinks were a win (great options and served until 6pm)! The happy hour food menu was a bit limited though...no guac or salsa
