Customer service was good as usual, however they changed the crust recipe for the gluten free and it was terrible. Very disappointed. Flavorless, extra crispy and almost hard.
The build your own pizza world has a very special edition in the last decade. They have a great rewards program and they're very quick the coolest thing about this place aside from the awesome seating
