Best kept secret in town! My PT suggested Basi Pilates. I loved their teaching, staff, and facility. It offers group reformer classes( max 5 students) and mat classes at surprisingly low cost.

Stacy is a great instructor, so helpful and knowledgeable. She makes sure that we do everything correctly, and makes it fun!

I've been doing pilates for quite a few years now but would try different types; classical, lagree (not really pilates but uses many of the same techniques), etc. BASI is a whole different ball game.
