Huge letdown after eating there over the years when visiting Green Bay. Obviously the ownership change was a big downgrade in all phases of the experience- server was taking care of at least 8 tables

I have never had better Chinese food or service than I've had Mandarin Garden. It's quiet, good for conversation, and very clean. This place is wonderful, my favorite restaurant!
