Few real choices. I actually play several sports from horses to Yoga to kickball to hiking. Never watch TV sports and my package with the narrow choices I had led to this awful package. I am not happy

Our power went out for a few hours this evening. Then a couple hours later it's out again... we just bought so much food in our fridge and now most of it will be thrown away... we can't afford that...

My WiFi went out around 3 AM. I reported it at 6AM. After 6 follow up calls, I finally talked to a live person at noon. He resolved the problem in less than 10 minutes. My problem was caused by them.
