They wouldn't even consider us. We didn't have the right insurance. People with no insurance need to see well also. Can they work with a payment plan possibly?

My elderly mother has been going here for years. The eye care providers are wonderful, but the front desk was extremely rude and yelled at her over the phone during an attempt to reschedule yesterday.
