Went to Carbonara's again with a group of friends, sitting at the circle table at the end as usual. The chicken and eggplant parm are both really good, and the tomato sauce deserves a special mention

This place used to be wonderful. We no longer go there on a regular basis. They are now closed 1 - 2 days a week. It might be that the owners are considering retirement.

Great people, good, solid, real Italian food. Plus, super gluten free friendly!! (Pastas. Pizzas, Entrees....) And, if you ever may crave spumoni (I know, LOL!) it's here!!!! Spumoni! May God always b
