Long country mile walks to apartment. More elevators needed. Carpets stained with animal feces. No punctual cleaning; same trash in courtyard for days. Expensive rent does not compensate for amenities

I give Karla Hernandez 5 stars and I give the property 4 stars. I believe your property is only as good as the manager you hire to make sure the property stays clean and orderly and management listens

Management is a nightmare. I've lived here only 15 months and there have been FIVE different property managers. Each of them worse than the next. Avoid.
