I just opened an account with them. They are definitely not user friendly and their customer service is far from adequate. I have closed that account. They have cute commercials though.

Christian wow . At the front desk on a busy Monday end of month he was quick, efficient, friendly, I did 4 completely different transactions with him and he proactively grabbed me out the teller line
