Bonanza has a great low-key vibe and even better food. The birria empanadas are insane--crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of those spots you leave already planning to come back to.

Delicious food and drinks, and excellent service (thank you, Mateo)! Can't-skip items include the gnocchi, yuca fries, causa acevichada, and papas bravas, but I don't think there's a bad thing on the
