I had an MRI of my knee on a Sunday in September. All the personnel I dealt with receprtionist , Xray technition, and the guy who ckeaned the floor were cheerful and polite.
The staff here are clearly always grumpy and upset. Be compassionate to people going to see their families. This is unacceptable.
