I would suggest that you add another cash register or mobile cashier devices like toast. You might be able to get along better with fewer people, if you eliminate the cash register bottleneck.

I love stopping in here to grab a coffee when I can! I use to hang out and read, the inside use to look alot different with high tops and couch options but they've changed the layout in recent months!
