They were prompt, readily available USAA made me wait a whole day, and Buddy's will keep extending wait time hour by hour ...(this has happened twice in the past while I'm stuck in remote area alone).

10/10 recommend J&M towing has way better service & response time than buddy's they ripped me off in comparison
