Service and quality of the people working there. I wasn't happy with my pedicure nor my gel manicure.

Service was terrible and the owner Heidi was extremely rude. They overcharge for simple things as well. I will never go back there again.

not only was the "manager" rude, i asked for quick dry for my manicure, & she charged me $8 for "quick dry" polish on top of my $22 REGULAR manicure. I have never in my life paid this & will be tellin
