This place stinks! No one is helping. Lazy workers. Slow at their jobs. Line out the door! People are freezing. Very disappointing I'm so angry at the service!

We attempted to ship a mattress via USPS. The lady at the counter of USPS said the mattress couldn't be shipped by USPS because it was over 138 lbs. I couldn't believe that so I asked her to weigh it

FedEx is by far the worst delivery service in the US. Everytime I am expected to receive a package it is delayed. Paying extra is a scam. 2 day delivery does not exist with them and they won't refund
