I REPEATED my order 3 times, "no cheese just my biscuit ham n egg"!!! What did I get? Biscuit and cheese nothing else!!! What's with this place! This is the McDonald's on Monterey Road near Nob Hill.

Chopped guest service and bad experience. They're Supposedly "open 24 hours", but the workers were just at the windows unresponsive. A little communication would've been great.

Don't go to this Mcdonald's if you want to leave with all of the food you've paid for! I have had multiple bad experiences with this place. They will forget part of your meal and not answer the phone
