Celestia, from the chef behind Umi, is a rooftop bar and tapas spot with a Midtown view so pretty you almost forget you’re staring straight at 75/85. Perched on the eighth floor of the Ten Twenty Spring building, it has an indoor lounge area that’s massive—more museum-meets-hotel-lobby than rooftop—filled with posh furniture that practically invites you to pose as you sit. The wide-ranging tapas menu is basically point-and-order—you can’t go wrong. But the standouts here are the fried lobster bites that arrive sizzling on a mini grill, and thick wagyu sliders. This is the kind of place where you can wear something cute, order a good bottle, and see and be seen, especially when the rooftop opens for warm weather.
