40 minutes wait, only one employee, long line, I use this pharmacy only because my insurance has a contract only with CVS, I'm missing Safeway pharmacy I didn't wait more than 5 minutes on the line

30 minute wait with only 2 people ahead of me. New employee is not asking for help when she gets stuck and pharmacists are not watching. I had a pickup on 9/22/25 at 2:30-3:00. I really miss rite-aid.

Would give it NO stars if I could. I dread coming to this location. Long line, under staffed and zero customer service! Strongly urge anyone to find a different pharmacy!
