This place is gross. The change room is too small for any kind of busy day. The evening we went, it was also disgusting. Hair and dirt clogging the floor drain. Water everywhere. Tiny useless lockers.

This is an absolute five-star value for 2 days of hot springs with a night of lodging. Our motel room was perfectly clean and nicely upgraded, seemed like the bathroom remodel had just been done. Look

I fell through the deck while walking to one of the hot springs. The decking is rotting and the board gave way. I fell up to my knee and catching myself with my elbows. My leg is swollen and bruised.
