They charge for everything. If your check returns there is a fee. If you have a bad neighbor and your trash doesn't get picked up you pay $43 fee. Which is not your fault. Horrible customer service.

Trash pick up is trash. They pick and choose who's following the guidelines. Just witnessed and photographed a dump truck pick up my neighbors trash with lids open. Very disappointed in their service.
