Excellent physicians! However, reaching the office to make, cancel or reschedule an appointment is nearly impossible. I waited 45 minutes on hold & now waiting 2 hours on the "call back" option.

If you need to speak to your doctors outside of a normal appointment (ie, urgent issue), you can pretty much give up on that. You can't even talk to a living person to schedule an appointment. Hoag ha
