No adequate lighting for nighttime. staff is amazing, but usually can't handle complex issues (lighting in complex is not okay). it's okay for what we need at the moment.

The whole complex could be better, better maintenance keepin bugs away, multiple sprinklers around complex wasting water leaving areas muddy wet and or semi flooded. As well as better unit rates.

We've been here about a month, and we've had great experiences with everything. Maintenance has been super responsive, as has the reception staff.
