They were nice enough, but three different appointments and they couldn't figure out my mother's vision condition. Really felt like they were a retail store. I'm just trying to sell glasses.

Took pictures of my kids (minors) eyes without asking me directly (the parent) if I wanted it done- a charge of $80 for two children. Then acted as if there is nothing they could do once it was done!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, making me feel valued. I walked away with stylish glasses and comfortable contacts!
