With just 18,000 square feet of retail space, it's smaller than the typical Kowalski's store, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in myriad ways. The popular Excelsior store offers all the hallmarks of a Kowalski's, including a Wine & Spirits shop, Starbucks, fresh sushi, and indoor and outdoor seating.
