This was a great experience at Hillsdale Wendy's. The shift manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was warm and fresh. The dining room was clean.

Improve you employees. they ignored me when I was at the front counter for 30 minutes, and in that time they helped 3 people but just left me there waiting.

I went to this restaurant establishment on 12/19/2024, at 11:30 PM. I looked online and saw it was open until 12:00 AM. I waited at the drive thru speaker for a couple of minutes, but got no welcome.
