The food is good but the place it a bit dirty and not well kept . The service was nice bit a bit rude .

It always amazes me that IHOP is still in business. I'm even more amazed after visiting this particular IHOP. We had a late breakfast at around 11 AM on a weekday. There were quite a few people there,

Closed at random times with no sign Several Doordash orders cancelled because when drivers show up to pick up the food doors are locked.
