We can’t vouch for every Fogo De Chão in Miami, but the one in Coral Gables runs a seamless all-you-can-eat meat operation. You can opt for a single churrasco cut and save $20 (if you do that, go for the fraldinha). But the full $68 churrasco experience is worth it. The picanha is unbelievably tender, the chorizo and chicken are juicy, and they’ll throw in crispy chicharrones with a honey drizzle that are worth unbuttoning your pants for. The buffet also has feijoada, potato salad, and grilled peppers so good, it’s easy to forget you came here for beef. Not to mention the pão de queijo and parmesan-topped yuca fries are also included in your meal. Come for happy hour (between 4:30-6:30pm) so you can pig out with very strong $10 passionfruit caipirinhas.
Less
