Was waiting on the phone for 2 hours . Absolutely crazy , couldn't even make an appointment

I've been on the phone with them for over and hour now it's really aggravating and its running my patients out being on the phone with them this long

I have always been treated well by SS. Sometimes it takes a while but they get right to your problem
