God awful when it comes around time to close. Once it was 9:30PM on the dot we had came to the drive thru. They said they were closed. Second time today 10/15/24 at 9:40PM they didn’t even acknowledge

Steak & Shake (at least this outpost) is a shadow of its former self. They have switched over to ordering by computer on a counter, pickup at another counter, perfunctory staff interaction, zero table

Took half an hour exactly to get the food, then the sandwiches were cold including the meat. The cheese didnt even melt. We got a refund but wasted extra hour total on the road and we had to stop at P
