I am a volunteer who checks in on our rescue cats in the adoption area. The pet care crew at this store is top notch. They are very helpful when I show up and clearly care about the cats. They update

I usually don't post on her, but this is the last straw with PetSmart at this location. This store is managed poorly. Half the employees are rude or just don't care. Went today for pictures with Santa
