Being Charged For A Safety Deposit Box and Never Lived There, Tried Calling Their Number in MI All Day... And No One Answers. Worst Bank Ever.

I had a great experience at this bank. Went to cash out paper bonds... the teller was quick and efficient, and very friendly!!
