Don't overbook your beds. This is unfair to patients who are here for surgical procedures, many of whom are elderly.

4-30 had a colonoscopy @ west bay surgery - Dr lucky was the DO - my dr's office called 5-8 and said a polyp removed - said it was benign - got a call 5-31 from West bay Dr Luckys office saying polyp

Zero respect for patient's time - hour and a half late calling back for appointment AFTER they asked us to show up early!
