MM by Morimoto is Chef Masaharu Morimoto’s distinctive take on the classic American chophouse—reimagined through the lens of his signature Japanese style. Blending bold cuts of premium meats with pristine sushi and a curated selection of his most iconic dishes, MM marks the first concept of its kind from Chef Morimoto. We’re open from 5 PM to midnight daily. Our kitchen closes at 10 PM Sunday through Wednesday, and at 11 PM on Thursday -Saturday. Bar is opened until midnight 7 days a week.
