Captree State Park is a 340-acre state park located in the towns of Babylon and Islip in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The park is located south of Captree Island on the easternmost end of Jones Beach Island, and overlooks the Fire Island Inlet and the westernmost section of Fire Island. Captree State Park can be accessed via the Robert Moses Causeway and the Ocean Parkway.

Great spot to catch a few frames or fish! Between the boat basin, restaurant, and sand beach there is plenty to do, and see. I came here for the full moon, with about 100 other photographers to catch
Great park with a really great spot to enjoy the view of the bridge and inlet. I always love coming down here to just sit and watch the water, even if just from the car on a cold day.
