Solid experience here with no major complaints. Other customers are right that there's people hovering inside and close to the ATMs. Would recommend having multiple security guards for peace of mind.

This location is not far from the Grand Army Plaza library. I've only been here a couple of times to use the ATM and each time I was the only one there. There's no security so it's not the ideal safes

Tekla was incredibly patient and kind. We had so many questions and she did not rush her time with us at all. Usually these encounters are awful, and Tekla was a delight to work with.
