The customer service is great - they are sweet, friendly and helpful! Great selection of clothes and they can also order other sizes and ship them to you. Love MOD!

Poor customer service. The staff wanted to collect the clothes in the fitting room while I'm changing instead of waiting after I'm done with the changing. SO RUDE!
