How tf do you expect me to eat my meal which is a bowl of soup WITHOUT A SPOON, not only did they not have baguettes for my soup BUT NO SPOON has me fuming

It's ok for Panera the food was ok but wasn't great and it's just basic but I mean still pretty good for a restaurant that doesn't even base around Italian food.
