A big, clean Vietnamese restaurant. The pho bowl was big, and while I liked the tripe, beef eye round, tendon (tender!), brisket - the meatballs were a bit strange in texture, almost big and a bit dry

Once again I was underwhelmed by my bowl of pho. How things have changed. What used to be a fragrant and tasty broth is now now mild and in serious need of doctoring in order to give is decent flavor.
