Crestview offers facilities for patients who need time to transition from the round-the-clock care they receive in our hospital to independent living at home. While many hospitals refer patients who are not quite ready to be on their own to long-term care facilities, Grady created the Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center to meet the unique needs of patients who require a few weeks to restore their strength and regain their independence.
