The customer service here is excellent. It's a family owned business. They are so nice & accommodating. Mom & pop shops like this don't exist anymore. They're fairly priced Their scallion & vegetable

Been getting bagels from here for some time. The bagels are great however it's hit or miss on whether you actually get cream cheese. I ordered 6 bagels, lox with cream cheese and the works. Disappoint
