Ordered a medium hot chocolate in lobby order machine and none of the associates signified that my order was being processed and basically was ignoring me while I was waiting in their view. BAD CUSTOM

I went to this place 4 times over the course of 2 weeks while in town and every time, going in was a treat. Very friendly staff. Food and drinks were made to request and fresh. Greta value. 12/10 this
